DJI often offers what is called a service replacement or Aircraft only. These are typically used when a repair is expensive and DJI replaces the aircraft or when a person has DJI care or warranty and they get a replacement. So, these units intentionally do not have battery, ac adapter or controller or case as the customer would have that already. We opened the box only to photograph it. This unit will have DJI Warranty and will need to be activated. Once its activated there are no returns, which is standard policy in the industry.
